Our housemade basil pistou—a delicious blend of basil, sunflower seeds, aromatics, and tangy lemon juice—is used two ways in this fresh, flavorful meal. First, the pistou adds herby touches to fragrant jasmine rice mixed with chard, umami-packed sun-dried tomatoes, chewy-sweet dates, and briny feta cheese. The rest of the pistou is stirred into sour cream to make a creamy sauce for tender, juicy pork filets seasoned with Mediterranean-style spices.

Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
