Just be sure to pause/cancel by 11:59 pm PST 5 days prior to your next scheduled delivery so we can alert our suppliers.
Please note that we unfortunately cannot process cancellations requested after the cut-off date. You will be responsible for all charges incurred for already processed orders.

1.Log in to your HelloFresh account 2.Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and head to your Account Settings. 3.Select 'Account Info'. 4.Scroll down to 'Your Credit' to view the credit amount on your account. This credit amount will automatically be applied towards your next scheduled delivery If you have both a discount code and a credit in your account, we'll apply the discount in full before issuing the credit.
