Wash and dry produce. Zest and quarter lemon. Place cream cheese and lemon zest in a small bowl. Lightly season with salt and pepper; stir to combine. In a separate small bowl, combine red pepper jam and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Place a small dollop (about 1½ tsp) of cream cheese in one corner of a serving board. Using the back of a spoon, gently press the dollop in the center and swipe to one side to create a small swoop. Place another small dollop next to the previous one and swoop. Repeat, building an overlapping, wave-like pattern on the board.
Drizzle cream cheese with red pepper jam and hot honey. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice to taste and remaining lemon wedges on the side.
