Is there anything better than a really great sandwich? Why yes: one that takes just a few minutes to prepare! Yep, all you have to do is assemble and dig in. This Really Great Sandwich has crusty bread, sweet fig jam, salty prosciutto, and creamy fresh mozzarella. There’s even a balsamic-tossed side salad to round things out. Put everything together before lunch or be your own best friend and whip it up in the morning before work. When your stomach starts to grumble, you’ll be looking at the fridge with heart eyes.
