Potatoes Au Gratin

Baby Carrots
2.25 ounce
Mike’s Hot Honey®
3 ounce
Garlic Herb Butter
(Contains Milk)

Cooking Oil
Set aside 2 TBSP garlic herb butter; bring to room temperature. Adjust racks to top and middle positions and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Toss carrots on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. Roast carrots on top rack 30-40 minutes, or until softened.
Remove baking sheet from oven. Toss carrots with softened garlic herb butter and hot honey to taste
Place potatoes au gratin 1 inch apart on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake on middle rack until warmed through, 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Recipe Suggestion (Additional ingredients not included.): Chop equal parts chives and parsley. Toss glazed carrots with the herbs to taste.
