If you’re serious about steak, you know that sirloin is top notch— juicy, tender, and umami-rich. This one features Middle Eastern-style style spices like paprika, turmeric, garlic, and sea salt. Use it to top fresh salads, fill homemade gyros, or pair it with our succulent shrimp for a surf-and-turf treat. A steak this good is a rare thing.
