Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, gently add ravioli to pot and reduce heat to medium low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until ravioli are al dente and floating to the top, 4-5 minutes. Drain.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic herb butter and cook, stirring constantly, until butter is foamy and flecked with brown bits, 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add cooked ravioli, tossing gently to coat.
Divide ravioli between plates. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
