In ours, the avocado is mashed to creamy perfection, then mixed with lime juice, diced tomato and onion, and jalapeño puree for a little kick of spice (that’s right, no cilantro!). We love it as a spread for sandwiches and burgers, but it’s just as delicious as a dip!
