That's why we're offering this speedy, two-ingredient meal for whenever the craving strikes: cheese-stuffed tortelloni and marinara sauce. Simply boil the tortelloni until tender, mix with warmed sauce, and you’re ready to dig in.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add tortelloni and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tortelloni are al dente and floating to the top, 3-5 minutes. Drain.
Heat a medium pan over medium-high heat. Add marinara and bring to a low simmer. Gently stir in drained tortelloni until coated.
Divide between bowls and serve.
Recipe suggestion (additional ingredients not included): Heat a drizzle of oil in a medium pan over medium high heat. Add 2 cloves thinly sliced garlic and a pinch of chili flakes; cook until fragrant, 30 seconds. Pour in marinara and bring to a simmer, then gently stir in drained tortelloni until coated. Divide between bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan. Top with chopped fresh basil or parsley.
