Butternut Squash Agnolotti
(Contains Eggs, Milk, Wheat)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add agnolotti and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until agnolotti are al dente and floating to the top, 3-5 minutes. Drain.
Lemon Herb Brown Butter Agnolotti Recipette (additional ingredients not included): Melt 4 TBSP butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook, without stirring, until foamy on top and flecked with amber brown bits, 2-3 minutes. Stir in 1 tsp chopped fresh sage or thyme leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice. Add cooked agnolotti and stir until coated. Season with salt and pepper.
