Instructions

FRY:

  1. Heat 1 TBSP cooking oil in a large pan over high heat. Add gyoza, flat sides down, and ⅓ cup water (be careful of splatter!); cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until water has evaporated and bottoms are crispy, 5-6 minutes.
  2. Serve with gyoza sauce on the side for dipping.

BOIL:

  1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. (Swap in chicken broth for water if you have some on hand!)
  2. Add gyoza and cook until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Serve with gyoza sauce on the side for dipping.

MICROWAVE:

  1. Place gyoza on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel.
  2. Microwave until warmed through, 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Serve with gyoza sauce on the side for dipping.

Chicken Dumplings are fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
