Zest orange until you have 1 TBSP; peel and chop orange.

In a medium bowl, combine cranberry sauce, orange zest, and chopped orange. Add a pinch of cinnamon and salt. Stir to combine. Taste mixture and add more cinnamon or salt if you like. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
