What if I’ll be gone and can’t receive my weekly home delivery meals?
If you’ll be away and can’t receive your scheduled delivery at your home, you can always pause your subscription until you’re back and ready to receive your next meal. If you’ll be away for an extended period of time or need an altogether different delivery day, you can visit the ‘Plan Settings’ page and choose a new day for your home delivery meal kits.
Do I need to stay home to receive my fresh meal delivery?
There’s no need to stay home to receive your meal kit. We do advise that you put it in the fridge once you receive it, but if you’re out when it’s delivered it won’t be a problem. Your meal kit will arrive on the day you’ve selected between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and our packing is designed to keep your weekly meal delivery fresh.
Does your meal delivery service cover my zip code?
If you live in the continental US, we are able to send our delicious meals to your door. If you live in Honolulu, Hawaii, or Anchorage, Alaska, it’s also possible we can serve you, as we cover some zip codes in these areas.
How do I skip a meal or change my next weekly meal delivery?
Skipping meals is expected - we know your plans change and are able to help you stay flexible. When logged into your online account, click 'My Menu'. Change your chosen delivery date by selecting 'Edit Delivery' and then 'Skip this week'. Schedule a new weekly meal delivery to get back on track with your weekly home deliveries.
