  2. Microwave until heated through,15-20 seconds.

  1. Remove wrap-ups from packaging.
  2. Microwave until heated through, 25-30 seconds.

Sola Bagel

  1. Keep frozen until ready to eat. (Do not microwave.)
  2. OVEN OR TOASTER OVEN: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place on a baking sheet; bake until golden brown, 7-10 minutes. (Note: Oven times may vary.)
  3. AIR FRYER: Arrange bagels side by side in an air fryer basket (you may have to work in batches). Air-fry at 400 degrees until golden brown, 4-5 minutes. (Note: Air fryer times may vary).
  4. Let cool 2-3 minutes, then slice and spread with as much cream cheese as you like.
