Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add tortelloni and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tortelloni are al dente and floating to the top, 3-5 minutes. Drain.
Recipe suggestion (additional ingredients not included): Pour a 12-14 oz jar of marinara into a large pan; heat to medium-high. Bring to a simmer, then stir in cooked tortelloni until coated. Divide between bowls and sprinkle with Parmesan. Top with chopped fresh basil or parsley.
