If you can’t seem to get enough of Korean-inspired flavors, bulgogi is sure to leave you satisfied. This dish centers around pre-cooked pulled pork doused in a sweet soy sauce with a little bit of peppery sweetness. But the meat is just one out of many highlights: There’s also steamed green beans and spicy mayo, all over fluffy rice—each bowl is jam-packed and has a little bit of something for everyone.

Wash and dry produce. Massage rice in package to break up grains; partially open top. Insert 1 TBSP butter into package. Microwave for 90 seconds. Fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper.
Place green beans and pork* in separate sections of a large microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 TBSP water; pour bulgogi sauce over pork. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and poke a few holes in wrap; microwave for 4 minutes. Carefully remove and discard plastic wrap (watch out for steam!); season green beans with salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha. Add water 1 tsp at a time until mixture reaches a drizzling consistency.
Using two forks, break up pork into smaller pieces; stir to coat pork in bulgogi sauce. Sprinkle green beans with salt.
Divide rice between bowls. Top with green beans and pork. Drizzle with as much Sriracha mayo as you like and serve.
