Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees if using a nonstick baking dish). Coat a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine cake mix, 1 cup water, ½ cup vegetable oil, and three eggs in large bowl; whisk for 2 minutes.
