Tart Granny Smith apple, creamy brie, and cranberry mostarda (psst—that’s cranberry jam mixed with whole grain mustard) piled into crusty baguettes. No, this is not a copy-and-paste of le menu from that fancy bistro around the corner, it’s what you’re whipping up for lunch (in 10 minutes, no less)! Put everything together at the office or be your own best friend and whip it up before you leave for work. When noon rolls around, you’ll be looking at the office fridge with heart eyes.
